About Us
Welcome, friend! I’m Christy VanBecelaere, and quilting has been part of my heart for as long as I can remember. My husband, Adam, and I have been married for 24 wonderful years, and we are blessed with one grown son, Xander.
My quilting journey began back in my teenage years when my grandmother patiently taught me the basics of stitching quilts by hand and machine. What started as a simple hobby soon became a lifelong love. For many years, quilting was something I enjoyed in quiet moments at home, but in 2018, I stepped into the quilting industry and truly began sharpening my skills and learning the deeper artistry of the craft.
Along the way, I’ve been blessed to learn from some incredibly talented and wise quilters who generously shared their knowledge, encouragement, and love for quilting with me. Their guidance helped shape not only my quilting skills, but also my appreciation for the care, tradition, and heart that go into every quilt.
As a Christian, I believe the Lord places people in our lives for a reason — to help us grow, encourage one another, and use the gifts He’s given us to serve others. Quilting has become one of those gifts in my life, and it brings me great joy to use it to help others create something meaningful and lasting.
